adding photos to gallery creator

Hi, In trying to add photos to one of the sub galleries, when I click 'add photo', a white screen with a double circles and an exclamation point within, comes up. What am I doing wrong please? Thanks.

Assuming you are on a regular PC/iMac my guess is that Adobe Flash Player is disabled. If it's on an iPad or other portable device, Flash Player is not supported. Go to Adobe here for more info LINK This LINK to download current version Be sure to uncheck Optional Offer
