We would like to use our site for the only database that we keep. We will be only sending mail to Member who pay their dues. Also, we would like to be able to know who has a current address and who is in our "lost" list. I think to accomplish all of this all I need is a field that we can customize a little. If we can add a field that would be great! if not is there an unused field we can use?

There is a field under each classmates Details page called Admin Notes. Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates > Details page for each classmate. Jessica Class Creator Support

I have used this to store emails that have bounced. Is there any other field?

No there is not another field. The Admin Notes field is a large text field. You can use it to store more than one item if you wish.

You can add a question/field via the Profile Generator. Make it active when you don't expect classmates to be accessing the site and enter any information you want into it. Making it inactive will hide it but the information can still be accessed when you Download Class List.

Yes and you can add as many fields as you want. The finer the granularity of your information the easier it will be to search for what you want. For example those who have paid their dues could be entered in one field, another could contain the information about who is lost, etc.

See FC's response #4. You make it active to "edit/enter data" and then turn it off again.
