The Root Admin needs to be dead first. Do you have the obituary of the dead Root Admin? If so, send it and we can change the Root Admin to you. If the Root Admin is still living but doesn't want the responsibilities, they can choose a name from the drop-down menu on the PREFERENCES page (Only the Root Admin has the drop-down)
