Post/Editing Announcement Issue

I am having problems posting and editing announcements. The announcement menu and text field is not visible. I have tried some of the back ups and that did not work. The older announcements are still visible in the home page.

What browser are you using? There have been problems reported with Internet Explorer 9.0.

I suggest going back to IE 8.0 if you still want to use Internet Explorer or try Firefox. Then you will be able to do what you need to do. Until all of the bugs are worked out of IE9.

Downloaded Firefox and that took care of the issue.

Another thing that has worked in some cases is to go to IE 9 top-menus, TOOLS, then check the Compatibility View option. Turn it on (show a check mark by it). That seems to solve the issue for some people.

The Compatability View method also worked in my case. Two good methods to resolve issue.
