Our site ( has had an extremely large number of BOUNCEBACKS. As of today the count is still over 70. We have been contacting people and helping them get their email reset. This often take an hour or more. In nearly all cases the currently listed EMAIL is still the correct email.

Why is this not something that you fix on your end?

This has been an ongoing issue for us since you site was updated last summer/fall.

With the count still over 70, how can we get the "bounceback" flag reset so the valid emails start working again?
