Yes it is still running. It takes longer when it runs during the day. It normally has full server resources when it is able to run on time at 4:30 a.m. EST.

There is nothing to restore. The messages for today will all go out today it just takes longer when it runs later in the date rather than 4:30 a.m. when it normally runs. Everything should run at 4:30 am EST tomorrow for tomorrow's messages.
