Trying to download a class list into excel. Site advises that it may take a long time. What is a reasonable time? Get the preparing download statement but so far it has been at least a half hour with nothing but that statement. Help?

I see it was generated in the logs. Did you get the file?

If not, what Operating System and web browser are you using?

Did not get file…never got out of “finalizing”. Using Firefox on iMac with latest os software. Have no problem downloading stuff off internet.

It’s my iMac….knew it was on its last leg…was able to download list using my android phone….

Hi Jessica - I’m trying to save a class list I generated in Excel format, but keep getting the message:
“LINKS ARE BLOCKED - the webpage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address - ERR_FAILED”
This is on my iPhone 13 with IOS 15.4.1 on Google Chrome
Anything you can do to help ?

We aren't seeing any issues downloading the lists. It is possible your security settings on the phone are not allowing you to download an excel file to your phone. Have you tried the csv file?
