I just launched our new website http://www.sahs1967.net/ and one of the persons trying to get into the site for the first time is getting this screen message (attached).

You can't have your home page password protected or else nobody can join your website. Visit Edit Site Pages and edit the link for the home page and don't restrict to classmates only.

Mary, here's one way to implement Kyle's advice:

Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages > on Home Page click on Edit Link > uncheck the box that says "Restrict to Classmates Only." That will make your home page visible to classmates. They can then click on Classmate Profiles to find their name, assuming you have populated the page with their names.

Now that classmates who want to join can see your home page, you might want to un-restrict your First Time Visitors page too.

I think First Time Visitors was just deactivated by accident?

If First Time Visitors page was deactivated, to reactivate it: Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages > on First Time Visitors page click "Edit Link" > click on "Active," putting check mark in box > click "Save."

On that Edit Site Pages, Edit Link, there are two checkboxes. One box to make the page active, one to restrict to classmates only. you might have wanted to keep the page active, but remove the checkbox to "Restrict to Classmates only". If the page is not active, it isn't seen by anyone, not even classmates.
