I have received a list of teachers, approximately 70, and it has been suggested that i create a page on website that would allow classmates to provide comments about each teacher they may have had. In addition I would like to include a rating survey such as; 1-5, with 5 being "lots of fun" and 1 being "oh no", or something along that line. Has anyone tried something like this? If so, suggestions would be appreciated. Most, if not all, the teachers have passed on to the great school in the sky. The last one I knew passed away a few weeks ago at 92. Thanks for any ideas.
