Displaying Members by Last Name First

I like to display names by last name first but can find no way to do so on the OCMSC site. On my other site I find I have this option when, on the profiles page, I click on "Search." Probably because we have so few members there in no search feature on the OCMSC site. Is there some other means I can use to list by last name first?

It does not appear that there is a way to do this.
