One of our classmates has e-mailed me that she is able to successfully log in to our site, but when she tries to view members' profiles, she sees an error message that states she cannot access profiles without being logged in. What is the recommended fix for this issue?

Does she have browser cookies activated? In order to use the website, cookies (small files saved to your local browser file system) are used to keep track of if you are logged in or not. If the cookie is not saved because the browser is not saving cookies, every page she visits that is password protected will need to be logged in again.

She could also try a different browser to see if she has the same problem with the other browser.
