I have a classmate that has changed their email and forgot their password. What is the best way to help them get back onto the site?

Have them supply you with the new email address. Go to Manage Classmates > Enter / Edit Classmates > Details for their name.... Look for Change Email> update the email address. Then look for Change Password. Assign a new temporary password, Save and then let them know what it is. When they log in , they can go to Change Password under their Member Functions to set a new password.

What has been easiest for me is to delete that classmate and have them rejoin. It's easier for me and for them and it has worked well.

If you did that then they would loose all history and postings. Not a good choice if they have posted a lot of activity and photos.Its very easy to change the email address and password.
