Is it possible for an admin to move posts made in the discussion forums from one topic to a new topic? We have some posts that were made under an existing topic that really should have been started under a new title.

The answer to your question is no for the most part. Short of copying and pasting things yourself, anyway. The one thing you can do, however, is move an entire topic to a different forum if somebody posted it in the wrong forum. If you move a topic, the topic itself and all responses below the topic will move over to whatever forum you've selected. But you cannot make a response to an existing topic, a new topic of its own without copying and pasting the text yourself. Of course if you do that the topic will appear to have come from you rather than the original poster, so if it's absolutely necessary to make the change, you might want to ask the original poster to do this him or herself.
