Hi,
I just sent our first email to the entire class of registered classmates and included a link to a Word document for a newsletter. Just got a message from a committee member that the link didn't work! What do you think I did wrong? I clicked on the link and browsed for the file. Clicked on the file I wanted then clicked upload. I previewed the email and even clicked on the link before I sent it. Everything worked great at my end. I hate the idea the link isn't working and the email was a waste. Is there another way of attaching a file, like in regular email?

I looked at the link in your e-mail and it doesn't have a domain name, so the link will not work.

You need to prefix the link with your domain name, in your case, www.classcreator.com and then your link will work.

I saved a new draft that should work. You can resend it if you want or send out a new one with just the link.
