OK, as I mentioned I am new to this. Been reading forums and trying things out. I just used Getfetti and posted a birthdaygif in the announcement page. Someone said (it may have been an old post) the birthdays are not generated. They are generated when you make them active, but now I have the system generated one and the animated one. I think I just answered my own question - turn system generated one off, to use the animated one. I only have 6 active people.

It appears to be fine when I view it. Is there anything else we can help with. Otherwise, it looks like you are doing fine.
