root admin changes

Our root admin resigned and turned it over to another admin on our site. He has not taken the responsibility properly and she is willing to take it back. She is still listed as an admin. How can we reinstate her?

The new Root Admin will have to go to the Preferences page (linked under Admin Functions, only visible to the Root) and transfer the authority from that page.
