I have a classmate who I suspect has tried to log in too many times. His name is James Anthony Luckett. Can you please unban him?

When a member is banned, they will see a screen that includes an IP address that I need in order to clear that IP address. Please find out and let me know that number.

I searched for 104.13.99.236 and it wasn't in our system. Apparently another admin has already cleared it.
