I have clicked on reunion planner. Completed all the questions and ended with "save changes" - I can not figure out where this appears and how can I proof read this before making it live.

It is your Reunion Reservations page... 3rd link on the left nav. Currently, the only way to preview the page is to Turn off the page, make your changes, go to Edit Site Pages and click Preview next to your Reunion Reservations page.
