Is there a way to open a second accounting section for money we are collecting for our upcoming birthday party? We have funds coming in for party deposits, and dinner payments that we are already entering into the site. We also need a place to keep track of dues and possibly site contributions too.

I thought of just opening a second reunion, but not making it active; but I don't believe there's a way to add names, if it is not active?

Ideas?

There is no way to have 2 open at the same time. We do have a store system in the works, which is a mega undertaking that won't be available for months, but when live will work for things like this. Until that time, PayPal may be a viable second live payment solution.

Hey -
The pay pal button is great for both donations and seperate items you want to track. We have a "Devils Run" fundraiser and also are collecting donations from alumni not able to attend the event (due to bad knees) Tracking of payments is really quite simple with the aid of an excel spread sheet and details supplied from pay pal
