Hi, I can't figure out how to register a guest or teacher so they have access to the entire website. The guest trying to register couldn't figure it out either. Thanks.

Add them as new Guest member using Manage Classmates. Then they register using the profile you made.

Hi Joyce,

Teachers can join first if they haven't already on your Teacher Profiles page: https://www.wyhsalumni.org/class_teachers.cfm

For guests who are not registering as a guest of a classmate who is attending you can add them as a guest to the site as Jack mentioned above.

Here are some additional details and a help video that covers this topic: https://www.classcreator.com/templates/h...utube_id=nOEV9NAACjs

You can add a Guest member under Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates > Add Member

On the Details page that comes up you can add their name and any other details you have for them and then for the item

Show On Class List: choose Show as Guest Member in their last name field you might want to add some details like we show in the examples below: John Smith (Teacher - 81-8Cool

Here are the help tips for that section:

SHOW ON CLASS LIST
You should select this option if the Member is a Classmate.

DO NOT SHOW ON CLASS LIST
Select this option if you don't want this Member to show up anywhere on your site, but allow Member full access to view your site and participate in forums. Note: Members who do not show on your Class List DO NOT HAVE PROFILES that can be edited or read by other Classmates.

SHOW AS GUEST MEMBER
Select this option if you wish for the Guest Member to show on your Classmate Profiles page below the list of your regular Classmates. Guest Members who show under your regular Class List DO HAVE PROFILES that can be edited and read by other Classmates.

SUGGESTION: When adding Guest Members it is recommended you denote who they are in parenthesis in the last name field. Examples:

John Smith (Teacher - 81-8Cool
Kelly Parker (Band Director)
Ruth Wassam (Librarian)
Hank Turner (Principal)

Note: If you have any current Members that you wish to change to Guest Members instead, simply edit the Details page for that Member and select one of the two Guest Member options.
