Senior photos are small. They have a default maximum height in the system. If you upload something larger than the default height, our system will resize your Yearbook Photo to exactly the default height. In your case, you up uploading images with text and other info around them. All of that is going to get condensed into something unreadable, as you've noticed. You want to crop off everything except for the Yearbook Photo itself, and then upload only the phote. This will solve your problem.
