IM Resolution

Sorry if this is normal, guys, but it's the first time it's happened to me. I tried to open a third window in IM and got the message that I had tried to open too many for my 'resolution'. What do I need to do?

At that resolution you should be able to open 3 windows. Most people today have moved to at least a 1280 wide resolution (typical wide screen monitor), in many cases 1600 pixels, and often becoming common now is 1900 pixel resolutions. The system reads your screen resolution and based on what it is, the max # of IM windows you can open is predetermined. So bottom line, the larger your resolution the more windows you can open at once.
