Good evening. I am hearing folks are not getting the emails i am sending out, when they did, up until this year.
Example- 9-12-23 I sent out to 237 and 230 read.
1-28-24 I sent out 237 and 135 were read. In speaking to some, they never received this mail sent. In fact, none sent this year. Did something happen to cause this? Also, is there a way to see if one has bounced? I thought i used to get notifications on that, but I dont. I really do not know why some folks are getting emails and some arent. DID something change this year to have caused that? My next question is ... if I send that many, and no bounce backs, can people just VIEW the email, and not open, which will show they didnt see it?
ANY HELP PLEASE!!
