Invalid Format?

I'm trying to uplaod a Word file document and I get an "Invalid Format" message. The same happens when I converted it to PDF and tried that.

Any ideas?

Phil where are you trying to place the word document?Question

I suspect you are trying to upload a Word or PDF document into an image area. Instaed, you need to click on the chain link icon in your visual editor, then the upload tab, and upload your Word or PDF file there. Any of the image upload areas in the system are restricted to graphical images only (jpg, gif, bmp, etc.).

I was trying to upload a Word or PDF document in one of the "Customizable Links."
