One of my classmates uses the Chrome browser and every thing else comes up OK except the classmate profiles. He reported this problem:

Clicks on classmate profiles and this comes up: Temporarily Unavailable. We are offline for a brief maintenance update. We will be back shortly.

Any suggestions as to a fix? Thanks in advance.

Whenever you get the Temporarily Unavailable message, and it is only on one page, it is usually a sign that the browser cache is saving the cached page. They should refresh the page when they get this error. Usually, that is the CTRL-F5 key press.

A good practice, for all potential computer issues, is to once a week, clear the cache and all cookies.
But that’s just my narrowminded opinion!

Clearing browser cache is always a good first step. But clearing cookies might not be since there are people who use the "Keep Me Logged In" option for many sites. And Keep Me Logged In usually depends on a saved cookie to work it's magic.

I agree...I dump the junk in the trunk a few times a week.

Also, I have a problem on my site. I added a picture in my memory page and no matter what I do or how I do it it comes up upside down. I can't see to find a rotate button anywhere. Can you help me?

I was able to use an external program to rotate the image and then upload it after it was rotated. I think the problem with Rex is fixed.
