Refunded too Much to a classmate

I refunded too much to a classmate who paid by credit card. Can I reverse the charges back to us? We don't have enough in funds to reimburse her..and she bought items for $20. I didn't mean to refund the $20..just $23.

I manually processed the $20 charge again and credited your account for the $19.02 as an adjustment to the account total. Jessica
