Is there a way to assign a specific designation to some classmates and to have those classmates listed as one of the default email list choices?

Put another way, how do I group some classmates into a list so that I can repeatedly send email to that list?

We have a new email system in the works (part of it launched but the remainder is in the making) and also a new Classmate Profiles edit page (which includes the Make Your Own Icon system). Both are separate but I'm sure after launch we can then add the ability to email only those people with a specific icon.
