Survey on existing page?

Is it possible to add a survey on a page we already have set up? We want to have it at the bottom of our preliminary reunion info page (before we use Event Planner set up). So far, I'm only see option to set up a new page or have it on the announcement/home page. Am I right?

That is right. Those are the only two options (separate page and included in an announcement)

You can always create a survey, and then link to it on an existing page with a line like "To help us as we plan our reunion, take our survey HERE".
