transferring video without code

We have a video without a code to embed, and want to use this on our Picture of the Week. I have tried and attempts are unsuccessful. Any suggestions? Thanks, in advance.

Did you want to upload it to YouTube and then embed it with their copy and paste embed code? That's the quickest and simplest way to do it. If you're against putting it up on YouTube for any reason let me what the three character file extenstion of the video.
