Can we download classmate information to a spreadsheet that is posted on in their profile and not what the administrator can view? I have a classmate who is going to put together a memory book for the reunion. She will put in the book the classmates name, address, phone# etc. Some classmates don't want that information in the book. They may have their phone not listed. But I can view it as an administrator. When I did a spreadsheet before it showed up on it. I don't want her to have that information. Is there something I am missing?

You would have to edit the spreadsheet and remove the columns (or cells) that you didn't want the other admin to see so she cannot put that information in the memory book.

When you Manage Classmates, Download Classlist, you can also choose which columns to include in the download file.
