How can I access a list of administrators for our site? I think I named about 40 admins when we were doing an intensive search for classmates 10 years ago. Now I would like to whittle that list to about five. We had about 1300 in our graduating class, so I'm not going to try to find out admins profile-by-profile. Thanks!

If you have more than one admin you will see check box to view Admins Only.

The posted solution to view all Admin assignments (Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/edit Classmates doesn't offer an "admins only" option. Like the original poster, I'd like to clean up our db as I suspect there are some lurking admins out there... LOL!

Only the root administrator can see this. On your site Tom is the root admin.

Please look at the attached file of my site, found by Admin Functions > Edit Site Pages > Classmate Profiles > Manage Classmates or by Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates. To the right of Add New Member, you'll see a check box "Show Only Admins." Check that box and you'll see all your admins.

Hi - just tried a poster's (Scott Moore Dec 2023) suggestion but didn't work. I am a relatively new admin on our site but I need to know who the others are. I am not sure who is now our "root" admin - it probably was Lynn Re....a , our former primary admin. She passed away last year. I think there are one or two others. William (Bill) H...s may have been (or is) an administrator. Can you help me determine who the admins are on the www.classcreator.com/San-Rafael-CA-Terra-Linda-1970? Thanks for the help. Under Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Site Page, scroll down under the right hand column (Delete) and if someone is an Admin, it will say Admin instead of Delete. See attachment for example (Gina Truitt (McKinney) is listed as an admin). I am the root administrator for our site, and Gina is an assistant administrator. I don't know if you are the root administrator. If so, you will see all the admins. If you are an assistant administrator, I think you will still see the other admins.

The root admin for the site manages co-admins. Your root admin will have an option on their

Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Enter/Edit Classmates page to check a box next to the search called: Show Only Admins

This is only available to the root admin or admins that the root admin has given access to manage co-admins.

I dont seem to be the admin for our site. I'm trying to add someone to in memory and I can't get a list of non memory classmates. Also all of the older backups to home page have disappeared.

You are a co admin who can add In Memory

Go to Edit Site Pages > Edit Page for In Memory >

Scroll down to just below the Save Changes button of the content editor on the top of the page.

There is a classmate search field where you can begin to type their name. Names will begin to appear. Select the name of the member and click the link to Add Deceased Classmate. You will be taken to a page to add further information as well as an obituary if one is available.
