How do I add a second administrator? I want to remain the main administrator.
When I receive a regular e-mail with an attachment that I want to share on the web site how and where do I attach it?

Hi Jack,

Go to Manage Classmates, and choose the person you want to be an administrator and there's a box on their profile page that you can check to give them administrative rights. Make sure you save it once you've checked the box.

3) Click the chain link icon
4) Click the File Vault button
5) Follow the directions on screen to upload your attachment to your site

Is there to attach a file to an email that is going to just a select few?

No, there are no attachments to the e-mail. You can either send a personal email (not through the system) or follow these steps:

1) Save the attachment to your own local computer

6) insert the link to your file in your e-mail,
7) click the SOURCE button and view the link - make sure the link starts with your domain name or http://www.classcreator.com/
