Adding photos

I've struggled with this many times in the past--- When I use the Manager classmates function to upload a photo of a member --what am I doing wrong that prevents the pic from uploading? This am, I uploaded a master photo to the profile for Harold Holmes. I selected the photo and clicked DONE --and saw what appeared to be a completed comment. the photo can't be seen. Irma Comer

I see it sitting there in the gallery inactive as well. The last step is to select the image. So, if you were adding this as the Master Photo for example, go back to Manage Classmates > Enter / Edit Classmates > Profile for Harold and then hover of ther Master Photo slot... now click the Select Photo button that appears and you will see the gallery of images open. Click the image and once selected, it will open in the image editor ready to crop for the Master Photo slot.

Why is this such a difficult process? Can't the programmers come up with a better solution? I too struggle with this!
