We have had requests from several classmates for an “Address Book” - The website already has all the addresses, but we would like to be able to print out in this format:

Name
Address
City, State, Zip

An added bonus would be to include the email addresses.

Is there a way to do this currently or would this be a special request under “Suggestions”?

I recommend sending a Survey to ask classmates if they wish to have their information included in this list. If they say no I would not include them in the list.

The system is built to keep classmate contact information private. They can send each other private messages under their profile master photo or in Member Functions > Message Center.

Many will not expect this information to be provided to other classmates so it is best to get their sign off before including them.

Once the survey is created and live you can copy the link and include it within an Email the Class to get their feedback.

For those who approve of being included you can download the full list under Admin Functions > Manage Classmates > Download Class List and delete the entries for those who preferred not to be included.
