Tried to expedite my question by calling CC. Around 11:55am ET today received auto message that CC office is currently closed. If anyone from Tech Support sees this, please push through Notifications.

We are here we are just having service issues with Comcast/Xfinity phone service the past couple days and when the service drops out and an outage is detected or reported to them it defaults back to our external after hours number so people can at least leave a message. Lots of email traffic today, however, it is flowing. I am watching it to make sure everything gets out.
