Yes there are several ways to do it, but the easiest (and free) way is to publish your PowerPoint presentation in video format, upload the video to YouTube, then simply embed the Youtube video code on your site. Voila, your PowerPoint presentation now plays right on your site. If you need any assistance with embedding Youtube videos on your site let me know.
