We had a classmate on the multi-year site who changed his class year as a way of disabling his record. There may be instances where a classmate believes their year is incorrect, but having that changed at will with no notice to admins & class reps causes some major issues. Can you send out a notice on year changes just like you do for name changes? Or make Class Year editing allowed only under Admin control? They can always request we fix it.

It's something we have slated for only Admin control. We're focused on some major featuers at the moment but this change was approved as is coming up.
