member bought reunion ticket for classmate

One of our Class of 72 site members bought his own ticket last month. Yesterday, he kindly bought a second ticket (at the higher late fee) for a classmate. As the administrator, I can't seem to tie this new ticket to the person the ticket is for. It is checked where the box says "Guest is classmate". She isn't included as an attendee on the profile page or on reports. Any help is welcome.

I should add that her name was listed as the guest (plus box checked that she is a classmate).

If the ticket shows her name then you are all set. The name tags etc use the ticket names.

If it does not show her name on the ticket then click the pencil/edit icon and uncheck the Guest is a classmate box and then check it again so that the search will activate and you can search her name and click her name from the search list and then save the page.

If the purchasers name is on the top of the screen that just means they paid for the ticket. The names that matter for the Classmate profiles icon, the listing on the profile page and the name tags all use the name associated with the ticket specifically so if her name is listed there you should see the attending icon next to her name on the Classmate Profiles page, and a notice that she is attending on her Profile page.

If you need further assistance please provide the transaction number and the first initial and last name of the classmate that is not listed as attending.
