We have one registration fee that will cover a mixer on Friday night and a dinner/dance on Saturday night. For the Friday mixer, we want to indicate that the cost is included in the overall reunion registration fee. The activity setup page requires that we enter an amount or say that it is free. It's not free and there isn't a separate fee that someone can pay to attend Friday only. Looking for suggestions how to set up the activity without it being misleading. Thanks.

There are several ways to do what you are looking for. One way would be as follows:

Line1 of registration: Saturday Dinner/Dance (Fee also covers the Friday night mixer) - $xx.xx

Line2 of registration: Friday night mixer (Fee included in the Saturday Dinner/Dance cost) - FREE

That will provide a head count for both events.
