message on class profile list page?

On a multiyear site such as ours, is there any way to put a brief message at the top of the page when a alum clicks on their year? For example, the Class of 1962 is putting together a meet and greet. In addition to a message on the our site's home page they'd like a message on the page that lists all of the 1962 alumni.
