I'm not very familiar with MAC....

One of our classmates is having problems downloading pictures to her profile from her MAC. I have been adding pictures for her as Admin with no trouble. Here is what she says:

Thanks for your help...unfortunately, none of the options you gave me work. Something has changed in the program since I originally uploaded photos and I can't do it now. Clicking on the X in the upper right hand corner closes the photo editor and brings me back to "Photos for Mimi Miller Hodgkins."

The Image Editor opens a window and shows the photo "Image 1 of 1- 100% Done" "All 1 images-100% Done"....but that's as far as she can go.

We can't diagnose the problem with this information alone. We'll need a detailed description of what the classmate is clicking on and on what pages. The image you included shows the result of a successful upload.
