You Tube video link on profile page

A classmate has a You Tube video on his profile page. When we click on the You Tube link to "play" we get an error message: "An error occurred. Please try again later. Learn More." The "Learn More" link option takes us to a You Tube page with options of clearing cache, updating browers, etc. What help can I give him? The classmate is Mike White if you want to take a look. Thanks!

It is possible that the video was flagged for removal by YouTube. I would say you can simply delete the post and let the member know that they can try again to post the video if the video is still live. It will require a new embed code anyway.
