Is there any way at all for me to be able to sequentially page through all of the classmates' profiles? Or do I have to select them one by one?

Short answer: No, not currently in the system. Longer answer: it has been discussed... I know that "Next" and "Previous" buttons were discussed at one time, but I am not sure if they are still on the task list. It seems that there might have been problems with that idea because you can FILTER a classlist in several different ways (profiles with photos, classmates who have created a profile, by State (from Where they Live module), by military Service, etc.) Also, you can SORT the classmate profiles (by A-Z, by last updated, by join date, etc.) Adding a NEXT and PREVIOUS button probably should remember the Filtering and Sorting so that it knows what Next/Previous means in the context of the most recent visit to Classmate Profiles. Brad, is this still no the task list?

No. In general people would only browse through Classmate Profiles this way 1 time. After that they're just going to get slective updates. Thus the decision was to keep the interface minimalistic. Also when this was discussed the issue of Classmates who have not joined the site came up, as well as deceased Classmates. Do we stop at those pages, or skip them? If we skip them people lose the opportunity to invite the Missing Classmate, or view the In Memory Profile. If we stop at them, early on when most of the Class has not yet joined, people end up at blank pages constantly when pressing the Next button. I can easily see cases where people would have to click the Next button a couple dozen times just to get to the next entry. For deceased Classmates we'd have to switch to a whole new area of the system, and then have an arrow button that points back to the Class List which may be confusing. In the end we decided that since the Class List is always just 1 click away anyway, to let people return to the Class List to decide where to go next. Since that page is keyed with icons it's the best way of knowing where to click.
