One of the administrators created a new photo gallery and a couple of the photos need to be rotated. When I go in to Edit Photos in that gallary, I can rotate it, but can not get to the bottom of the edit box to save it. What am I missing? I believe I had a problem with this before, but cannot remember what I did to be able to see the entire edit box and be able to save my edits.

It's usually because people are using today's lowest common screen resolution, 1024 x 768 and they've also got some browser toolbars affixed to the top of their browser, minimizing their work space. If you have this scenario you should still be able to use your regular browser scroll bar to scroll down the page and press Save, but I'd suggest simply pressing your F11 key, temporarily hiding all the extra stuff attached to your web browser.
