I have received a bounce back for a Classmate who has not been on our site since 2011. We tried contacting him in 2015 when we were planning our 50th without success. Since I can't contact him to fix the bounce back should I delete the bounce back? Should I also go in and delete his email from his profile so we don't have this problem in the future?

His email is gzpop07@q.com

Thanks,

Hi Joan,

You can just leave it bounced - if you delete it they won't be able to login if they try again in the future. If you have any other contact information for them you can reach out to them to see if they have a new email address. The system won't email them at the bounced address so it doesn't hurt anything to leave the bounce in there until you have better contact information for them.

Jessica,

Thanks for your quick reply. I will just leave it bounced. I just didn't want to keep getting bounced emails from this classmate. It is good to know that bounced emails will not be contacted in the future.

Joan
