I received the following e-mail from a classmate:

When I try to log in to the class website it will not let me enter in my complete email which is (her email is 54 charachters and it's a hotmail account). She says she created her profile with the same email address and she knows her password. What do I do?

Also, another classmate forgot her password. How do I reset it for her or what do I do?
