We have been trying to get the two small deposits to verify our account since July 2. I posted here before and received a response from Jessica. I cant find that thread but my follow up questions through email are not being answered. We went to our bank and they checked to see if they had anything from class creator that wasn't posted. They say there were no attempted deposits at all. Class creator says they did not bounce back. Im at a loss and asked class creator to show me something I can give the bank or asking if we need to try to send it to a different account at a different bank or could they mail us a check. Our reunion is over and we need to get things paid. I had to pay for class crrator support just to get a response as phone calls were ignored.

I responded in your other post. It is possible your credit union does not accept ACH deposits which is the method our system uses. Please send the details to my question in the other response as this is a public forum and I don't want you to include name and address details here.
