Photo Gallery Not Working

I have a situation where I can upload photos to the various galleries on our site but by non-admin classmates cannot. I have created a dummy sign-on to try to duplicate the problem. When I click on the green "Add Photos" button, I am then directed to select the photos I wish to upload. When I do this, nothing happens. I have the "Upload Permissions" set to "All Classmates" so I don't think it's a permissions problem. I have tried to upload using Chrome, Firefox and Edge with the same results. Any ideas?

May I have your dummy login account info so I can test from my end. All I need is the name, not the password.
