The former administrator of our RHS website passed away last year. His son keeps receiving email renewal notices from Tucows/Enom. I am the new administrator and wish to delete the former’s account. How can we go about accomplishing this? See below. Thank you!

Hi Rex,

I created an account for you and moved the domain to your account

Your Login ID is: Roswell1962

You an send yourself a password reset in the Admin Functions > Manage Domain > Domain Name Account Management section.

They will receive that one notice that the domain name has moved. They won't receive anything else.
