Nametags only print to an expensie Avery label style. e want the one that prints 10 to a page of the 2" x 4". Also, when I save to a PDF file, the red border around the photo is gone.

As of right now, yes, our nametags are formatted for the Avery labels. Please be sure to test this feature for your specific site and computer as some admins seem to have issues and ultimately need to seek an alternative solution.

Avery label size 2" x 4" (prints two across and 5 down the page of an 8.5" x 11" sheet) is Avery #5163 shipping label (or #8163 same size). Other brands besides Avery are sold, such as at Staples... you can buy Staples brand Item 479877Model 18060/SIWO130 1,000/bx for $24.29 ... compared to Avery 5163 1,000/bx for $38.99 (listings online at Staples). Do try a test on plain paper until you get the desired results. Best wishes!
